About this guide

TromsoNorthernLightsChase.com is an independent visitor guide to northern lights tours from Tromsø, Norway. We are not Chasing Lights, any other tour operator, Visit Tromsø or Viator, and the site name describes the experience we write about rather than a business. We compare the bookable chases so you can pick the right night out first time.

Facts on this site are checked against the operators' published details, the live Viator listings (including recent guest reviews) and official sources such as Visit Tromsø, the University of Tromsø and NOAA's Space Weather Prediction Center. Prices and schedules move; when a listing and this page disagree, the checkout price wins.

The site is funded by affiliate commissions: when you book through a Viator link here, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we recommend, including pointing out non-refundable bookings and the fact that no tour can guarantee the lights. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.
